In 2008, Stan R. Arterberry founded Arterberry & Associates as CEO, which provided Executive Search and Educational Consulting Services. In 2015, Dr. Deborah G. Blue joined the firm, and it was merged as Arterberry Blue and Associates, LLC in 2016. Stan and Deborah have the distinct experience of serving as CEOs simultaneously in California Community Colleges as spouses.
We are a uniquely qualified Executive Search and Educational Consulting firm with three decades of experience as leaders of community colleges and multi-college community college districts.
